Rather onimously senior management are reviewing ‘in house’ provision of catering services at UEL.To register early dissatisfaction at this could I suggest that we respond to the catering survey recently circulated emphasing how good it is to still have ‘in house’ services at this University. We are reviewing our In-House catering operation at UEL, with a particular focus on establishing whether, and how, the overall quality of the catering provision at UEL might be further improved – not only in respect of the actual food and beverages, but also the range of the overall catering provision, its locations and its hours of service.
